Shipping Policy

We shall use our best endeavours to ensure all orders are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days, but it is possible that factors beyond our control may result in delays. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of such delays.

With the exception of orders purchased on credit, we will not ship an order out until payment has been cleared into our bank account.

All orders shall be delivered to your nominated shipping address, unless you have nominated to pick-up the order from our warehouse facility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address information provided by you is accurate and up-to-date. We do not accept any liability for loss, delays or damage suffered by anyone as a result of inaccurate shipping address information.

Shipping costs displayed on the website are indicative only and shall be confirmed with you subsequent to an order being placed. Shipping costs may vary and are subject to change.

We ship all orders with insurance and the shipping cost given to you is inclusive of the insurance cost. At your request, we may ship your order without insurance. We do not accept any liability for loss or damaged suffered by anyone as a result of lost or damaged orders (in whole or in part).

We are not responsible for the delivery times of orders. Subsequent to an order being dispatched, you will be provided a tracking code. You can use this to track the whereabouts of your order and communicate with the nominated shipping partner.
