In order to access our full product range along with sale prices, you must register and login into your Smooth Wholesales account. If you have not registered yet, then please click here.

We generally will approve your account access within one business day. Please contact us if you have not been approved within that time period or wish to speak to an account manager.

In the event that you forget my password, simply click the “Lost your password?” link on the login page. You will then be prompted to enter your email address or username. Once you submit this, you will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.

To place an order, you will firstly need to log into your account with your registered username and password. Once logged in, you can browse our product range and view pricing. You must order by the allocated inner and outer quantities for each product. By selecting the inner or outer quantity amount for a product, the items will be added to your shopping cart. Once you have selected all the products you wish to order, simply review your shopping cart and follow our easy prompted steps to submit your order. Once submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.

 

Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

Once you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the order details. We will then contact you to confirm the order information and advise you of any relevant delivery charges. You will then receive an invoice with all relevant payment details.

Yes, we do offer credit terms for eligible customers. Generally, customers will be required to perform three separate orders before credit is offered. Contact us directly if you have any questions regarding credit terms.

Delivery

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment being made. Delivery times will vary depending on where the order is being sent to. We will advise you of an estimated delivery date once your order has been submitted.

Delivery costs are calculated by weight and region of your delivery.  We will provide you with a final shipping cost once you have submitted your order.

Victorian based customers are able to pick up their orders from our warehouse. If you select the “Warehouse Pickup” option in the checkout page, then we will advise you of when your order is ready for pickup.

Online Orders

Our minimum order quantities may differ depending on the product. You will be required to order based on the inner and outer quantities specified when adding a product to cart. We do not impose a minimum dollar order value for any orders i.e. you can order as little or as much as you like.

No sweat! Simply contact us as soon as possible and we will amend your order details.

In the unlikely event that your order has damaged or missing stock, please contact us immediately and provide us with the necessary information so we can investigate with high priority. We will do our best to replace these items as soon as possible or alternatively apply any appropriate credit to your account.
